About Charlotte
Native New Orleanians with 40+ years of combined experience, Charlotte and Chris Dorion are co-owners of Berkshire Hathaway Preferred Realtors, with offices in New Orleans (Uptown & Lakeview), Mandeville, Hammond, and Gulfport, MS.
Charlotte launched her real estate career in 1996 and was later joined by Chris, who left a successful career in medical sales in 2014 to become her full-time partner. Their business is built on deep local roots, personalized service, and a reputation for results.
