Being from the Northeast, most of my search was conducted online. I contacted a number of local realtors hoping for assistance. The only realtor that proactively tried to help me, was Charlotte Dorion. I was only able to get down to NOLA twice for in-person showings. Thank God for Charlotte who was able to FaceTime me into several other showings. In fact, if not for Charlotte, I would never have been able to close on the home I purchased. She got word that the seller was close to accepting an offer. She conducted a virtual tour with me that same day and provided fantastic advice on how to navigate multiple bids. I also need to praise Chris Dorion. Chris was phenomenal in sharing his expertise on potential issues my new home might have. He gave great advice on things that should be fixed, and things that could be fixed. He was an invaluable asset to the process. I also need to credit their assistant, Jenelle. She is incredibly organized and detail oriented. Nothing slipped through the cracks. The entire process, although lengthy, was fantastic.
